La loi Doubin, prévue par le décret du 1er avril 1991, impose au franchiseur de communiquer plusieurs informations obligatoires au candidat à la franchise, par l’intermédiaire du Document d’Information Précontractuelle (DIP), 20 jours au moins avant la date de signature du contrat de franchise.
